AshFX system and Magic Trend

I posted this in Education section, but I think it belongs here instead, so here goes.

Yesterday, I started using the Magic Trend indicator in conjunction with Ash's system. I've found it to be a good tool to confirm Ash's trade setups. Important: I don't trade anything when the MT indicator is flat.

In addition, when the indicator moves, I check Ash's system. If the indicators in Ash's system are moving in the same direction as the Magic Trend (even though the color hasn't yet changed), I take the trade. I use the one hour time frame, but checking the lower time frames can help boost confidence in the trade. If the lower time frames aren't in synch with the hour TF, I weigh how much risk I'm willing to take.

So far, I've made 9 trades at 2 lots each and all are profitable, for a total of $340 (170 pips). I sure hope this isn't a flash in the pan. Patience is the BIG key.

In trending markets, the Magic Trend indicator works really well by itself. I use it on the H1 and whilst it is not always profitable, it usually only goes against you by 30-50 pips but can drop of 50-100pips.

Has anybody had some more experience with it?

Yea,
Its a good indicator I use it on H1 for entry and exit confirmation with ADX and StH on bigger moving pairs like GBPJPY, looks like its designed around some entry and exit crosses?.

Is it the same as the Top Trend or the Trend Magic indicators?

Not sure if these are the indicators Prufer was referring to? I found these..
