Correct, there's no need to use FXDD as your broker. However, I believe what Ash suggested was to use FXDD as your source for signals, as noted in this post: http://forexmoments.com/forums/730-post32.html

How long have you been trading and how long have you been looking at the 200 EMA? Raskolinkov has started a thread on the 50/200 SMA crossover for trends & S/R in the forex discussion forum if your interested. I've been using the 50/200 EMA crossover for a couple weeks & it seems to have merit. I'm puzzeled by your chart though. The red line I assume is the 200 as it looks real close to the one on my chart, but the candles are much above what my 200 shows. The blue line, if its your 200 it is on a steeper down than mine.

Thanks for your words. Well your a little confused because i use Simple moving Average instead of Exponential. The 200sma (Blue line) and 89sma (red Line) in my charts. i use it because it gives good trend info.
Anyway i'm still demo trading this system until i'm familar with so can go live pretty secure of what i'm doing.

Thanks for clearing this up. I was hoping it wasn't one of those freaky things where different brokers show different info on the same thing. I feel better now.

Nothing to do with trading, but I lived in the Sacramento area prior to moving to Mexico. Are you near Chico?

Ash FX2
Hi Steve
First post here and wanted to thank you for the system. Just one quick query if thats okay.
On your illustration you have your trend lines clearly marked out giving clear entry signals down the page.
Is this something that you put in yourself or is it something that is marked in automatically using your system?
Kind Regards and many thanks
Aidy Mac
