Yes. A long signal was generated a couple of days ago.
I closed the first half of the trade this evening, and moved Stop Loss to Break Even.
Next week I'm hoping to ride the second half of the trade. See what happens.

Hi Caboose . . . I'm sure you're on the right track with this forum. As you train, just don't get side-tracked or have a one-track mind. If you do, your progress will definitely be derailed. What I'm trying to say is I think you'll find this forum is just the ticket.
OK, that's all the railroad puns I can come up with on short notice. Anyway, welcome aboard.

Awesome System
Hi Ash and all members
I've been trading for some time, saw a lot of systems but this one did really catch my eye due to all the simplicity and for beeing "almost stress free". I did discovered this system yesterday night, and as for all systems i was skeptical so i've been testing it on my simulator for the last couple of hours and the results are awesome. I look forward to demo testing, present results, and going live with it really soon. Once again thank you very much for this system that really is great for busy people who cant stay all day on the trading platform.

ASH and YEN
Thanks for your replies gentlemen, much appreciated.
Yen, thanks for the link, it is one of the sites I've looked at (though not in depth). As far as S/R I'm working on that one (see my recent post on the education thread), any suggestions? WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE METHOD OF DETERMINING S/R? I took the same trade, but I took it because of its relation to the 200 and 50 EMA (something I saw on another site) which I guess is just another way of figuring S/R. The site said the 200 EMA was voted (by who I don't know) the best indicator for the last X years in a row or something like that. Haven't been looking at it that long but it seems to have some value. Any thoughts?
Thanks again guys!

200 EMA or SMA?
I usually only use the 200 SMA as an indicator to only take shorts or longs (depending if price is below or above indicator line respectively)

50/200 EMA
Cencored,
I am starting to have my doubts now. I saw the info on a site recently, could have sworn that it was the EMA but I have lost the site and haven't had time to try to relocate it. The 50/200 EMA seems to work great on my charts, but when I can am going to apply the SMA's to the charts for comparison.
Rask has started a thread in the Forex Discussion forum. If your interested please join us! Do not know how to post links yet, sorry. The thread deals w/ 50 & 200 SMA which is what Rask is using.
