Default Oanda Platform

I am contemplating to move to a non MT4 broker and I opened an Oanda demo to learn the platform. I entered a trade, but something does not make sense in this picture. I am up 52 pips on 10 lots. That is $5200, but the account summary does not reflect that.

Am I reading this wrong or what? Can an Oanda expert please assist?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I got it figured out. They do not work with lots, but with units. Thus 1 lot = 100 000 units. Nice trades gone to ashes. LOL

Henry did you allready Check in Tools/Setting/User Preference/Trading/Default Order Size ?

Let i give you an example;

Try to change to 6% its equal in every open Position you enter eith 1:3 Leverage(Because Oanda have a 1:50 Leverage); so the units is automatic set up for you.

Or if you want to put 1:10 Leverage you just put 20% ( I thing it is big enough for your Open Position) so the Units can automatically set up for you Buddy.

Try use the PIP/PROFIT Calculator for more clearer your Objective Goals at Tools-PIP/Profit Calculators

Henry...If you would like to try a non MT4 plattform.....Why you not try GFTForex.com (USA) or GFTUK.com (FX and CFDs)?

Oanda looks very reliable but takes lot resources form your PC due Java plattform.

Regards

What is the obvious difference between an MT4 platform and GFTForex.com?
