I have very little experience with these retail platforms - willing to test out a few to see how they tick. Any ideas? As an aside, I worked for a US bank on their trading floor - so I'm not super duper familiar with retail trading platforms. I worked with one, spread based - simple to use, not great charting - not horrible either. Want to move to ECN and figure out the fuss over MT4. Thanking you in advance for your input.

Many brokers offer CFD trading (oil, gold, silver..) but for some reason they do not try to make low spreads in order to attract clients, like they do in currencies. When it comes to gold and oil trading, you would want to trade with a real ECN brokers, otherwise your trading experience will be negative. I trade with Alpari UK and I am very happy with them (2 years). I also have a demo account at Sunbirdfx and I must say that I was surprised with their mt4 performance. It is very fast and I don't get requotes whatsoever…I am seriously considering opening a live account at sunbirdfx just to see if it is the same in live accounts.

Hi I wanna suggest you looking at MegaTradederFx. I am registered with them since this summer, they give bonus 20% on first deposit and 10% on any other deposit. I like the very fast execution. I am Polish and what i like the most, there is alway somebody Polish available to help me if I have any questions, need help. Just have a look, maybe its something for you..thanks
