I've just opened an account with FXDD, but have not yet funded. The opening process wasn't that smooth, as they kept asking for docs that I had already provided. And then my login/password didn't work.

Crunchcredit - what kind of problems have you experienced with FXDD?

I've been running a demo account, no porblems there. I have had connection problems, where the servers have become disconnected. That is quite disturbing. Some of my trading budies have had problems with trade station recently with a server with no failover - so when the server caught fire - they were dead in the water - not able to get out of their trades without hard stops.

I too have had "connection problems" with FXDD, but have only used their Demo account. Not that I have considered using them for a live account, but it sure doesn't help any.

I've had a live account with FxDD for over a year. I haven't experienced any significant connection problems. Any dropped connections come right back.
However, they are very slow on setting up new accounts.
