I had great difficulty accessing meta trader through there portal and I could not get a valid demo account set up with this broker. The customer service was not helpful after I attempted an online chat. In fact I believe the help desk operator actually disconnected the conversation before hearing of my difficulties with my login. I have used other demo accounts with other brokers that have had no problems with setting up live or demo accounts. Maybe they were just having a bad day, therefore I will try again with a brand new account and see if things are different the next time. But for now it isn't working for me. I can't rate any other services because I was never able to actually start up an account, but I will post again. Thank you.
