I am unsure of their EA compatibility so unable to reply to that question. I started trading using the Visual Trader and it's terrific with on the chart trading. Their one click trading is great and the only problem I've had is when I tried to enter a trade when things were really moving. I've had this problem with GFT as well as CMC Markets so I presume it's common during a really busy spurt. However this happens rarely. I am a new trader and tried out various platforms to suit me and so far the Visual Trader has been amazing. As I live both in the USA and UK I've had no problems with technical support either side of the pond.
I would recommend this platform to anyone especially new traders. They have a good selection of indicators too. They offer free webinars which have been useful and if I can't view them live can go back and watch the later.
Their demo platform is good too although its on a seperate server to the live one and at times you can loose connection. The best way around this is to open several demo accounts and flick between them if you have problems. I've never had a problem with the live platform and the demo platform has only given me problems twice in 6 months.
