Customer service is awful, due to lack of training I think. Very slow executions, I can place 3 trades 3 different brokers at the same time, 99% of the time is FXDD with the requote or freeze. Closing acct with them.

have a live account since 02/2008, satisfied with service though would not use them for news trading as the fills do come slow.

FXDD mediocre
I have had no real issues over a 1 year period with FXDD except slow trades and they do at times mess around quite a bit with the spreads - be warned! (I assume this is to deter EA's) I trade manually 1 lot or less, as well as with an EA in the background. Long term (past 6 months) manual trading is showing more gains than any EA's I've tried.
I would place FXDD in the OK, but could do better category.

no problem yet.
haven't dealt with customer service or done any withdraws yet.

Because you run the EA in the background,do you leave the computer on 24 hours?

Hi Stanjb
Yes, the EA's I have tried, always say that the PC should not be switched off.
I haven't had much luck with any EA's even the very high profile one's.
