Varengold Bank in Germany offers ECN acct. as low as 10,000. Excellent spreads during high volume,and very fast execution, very little slippage. Terrible spreads during low volume as is the nature of ECNs. Solution: ECN for high volume and Market Maker Broker..... dealing desk, for low volume periods.
