Default Great company, buggy platform

I've only had a GFT account about 4 months now, but am reasonably impressed by their range of FX pairs, spreads, and fills during news events. I'm very impressed by their tech support staff, with whom I've spent hours by phone and e-mail attempting to overcome the shortcomings of Dealbook, the GFT platform.

I can't count the number of times I've called / texted tech support (at all hours, they are knowledgeable and friendly) to complain about some Dealbook quirk, only to be told, "Yeah, we know about that one and the coders are working on it."

It's the only platform I've tried that doesn't play well with others. It can't recover from even a minor internet interruption. Orders displayed on the chart are difficult to modify by drag and drop (a critical problem for me). It takes too many mouse clicks (sometimes even typing) to enter / modify an order.

It's a shame that such a great company doesn't place more emphasis on having a bomb-proof platform.
