Default MBT Satisfaction

Have now been with MBT for one full year. Completely satisfied except for two specific instances... although, they are mine in my opinion... for the time being.
  1. Spread/Commission: Spreads are great, but commissions are too high. Only thing is, is that MBT seems to be the only place for a small/medium sized investor to get all the benefits of ECN and still not have to maintain a large account balance. So, it evens out as far as I'm concerned... but as soon as the acct bal. is sizeable enough I would venture to look elsewhere.
  2. Year End Tax Documentation: I guess it's not really a big deal, but they do not provide you with an end of year document for tax purposes. Again, not a big deal as long as you pay attention and download your monthly statements, but still seems like it should be done on their end.

Aside from that I am satisfied with the overall brokerage service I receive from MBT.
