I never give a full mark (100%) so that explains the 4's instead of 5's. I gave a 3 to the items I am not qualified to answer. There should be a selection for individuals not able to provide an accurate answer to any of the criteria in the drop down list.
Other than that, I think this is good idea for others to get to know the good, the bad and the ugly brokers.
